please see details on parking at Scripps Ranch Library for the event:

PARKING:
Although parking is available at the Library Center, the parking lots may fill when concerts, community events, or special events are held. Patrons are cautioned not to park along red-curbed areas; the police will issue tickets. If the on-site parking lots are full, off-site parking is available along Meanley Drive, which is located to the south of the Library, and along Red Cedar Drive, which is located to the east of the Library.

To reach the Meanley Drive off-site parking area from the Library, exit the Library parking lot by turning left onto Scripps Lake Drive, left again at the traffic light onto Scripps Ranch Boulevard, then left again at the traffic light onto Meanley Drive. Park along the street at the end of Meanley Drive, near the circle (continuing past the circle will take you away from the Library). You may also park in a city lot that can be reached by turning right as soon as you reach the circle at the end of Meanley Drive. A short, pleasant walk along a paved, lighted walkway (shown in the photograph to the left) will take you up a gentle hillside to the Scripps Miramar Ranch Library Center.

To reach the Red Cedar Drive off-site parking area from the Library, exit the Library parking lot by turning right onto Scripps Lake Drive, then right again at the traffic light onto Red Cedar Drive. Park along Red Cedar Drive in the vicinity of Miramar Ranch Elementary School. Return to the Scripps Miramar Ranch Library Center by taking the sidewalk which runs along the south side of Scripps Lake Drive.
