About Katina I. Makris, CCH, CIH: Katina has worked in Natural Health care since 1983, initially with a busy Homeopathic private practice, as well as being a popular newspaper health columnist for nine years. She sat on on the board of The Council for Homeopathic Certification for seven years. Katina has taught homeopathic classes and now lectures on behalf of Lyme disease awareness and recovery, as well as an Inspirational Speaker. She is the survivor of an advanced case of chronic Lyme disease, which stripped her of all that she worked to create. Katina’s voice reflects those of millions in similar straits, struggling with this long misunderstood and under researched disease.
